They feature double-stitched polyester for performance, a dense foam core with a vapor barrier for insulation, and are UL-classified with safety locks.
The Smartop is a premium, rigid, and maintenance-free hot tub cover, designed to be a durable alternative to vinyl. It features Owens Corning closed-cell, waterproof foam insulation that prevents the cover from becoming waterlogged, heavy, or growing mold. Constructed with polymer panels and aluminum, it is extremely durable and maintains superior energy efficiency throughout its lifespan. For ease of use, the Smartop includes an integrated hydraulic cover lift system.
