Sharing Some Updates With Our Customers!

– We have some good news!

Our goal is to have good honest communication with all of our valued customers. 

The manufacturer has just told us that they are hoping to open for ordering of spas built in the Mexico facility by July 1st. 

They have shared with us that the area of Mexico where the factory is located is still very much on COVID lock down and they are fortunate to have enough employees back at work to be able to properly fabricate high quality spas. They have made huge adjustments to the factory to keep their workers safe and healthy while also building quality products. These adjustments also make production slower and more difficult.

In an effort to have good communication with you, our valued customers, we wanted to again thank you for your purchase of a new hot tub from The Hot Tub Store and share with you some good news that we should be able to place the order for your special order spa very soon.

The manufacturer has not yet given a timeline for when to expect these orders once the orders are placed, but the process is moving us all in the right direction. We will continue to prod the manufacturer as much as possible to get you and our other customers the spas they ordered as quickly as possible.
