As an essential business during this time, it remains important to our customers that we be available to assist them in providing goods and services to maintain their hot tubs and pools in a safe and sanitary manner.
Our Folsom, Rocklin, Santa Rosa, and Vacaville showrooms will continue to have a single staff member at each location each day, seven days a week, to assist our valued customers.
Our showroom doors will be locked. We will allow one customer in at a time with proper physical distancing to get needed sanitation products. Phone orders can also be placed for curbside pickup.
-We will have shortened hours at these locations during this time.
-Our hours of operation at these locations will be 11:00am to 4:30pm seven days a week.
-As every day seems to have new changes for us all, please do call us prior to coming in.
Our service team schedulers, working from home, will continue to schedule service Monday through Friday with regular phone business hours of 10am to 5:30pm.
Our service technicians will continue to work in the field as they have in a safe manner to assist our customers. We ask that our customers please stay inside to allow our technicians appropriate physical distancing while they work.
Our operations will continue to work at our facilities to receive shipments and to prepare and ship sanitation products and parts to our customers.
Our West Sacramento showroom will for now continue to be closed to the public while our service team is based remotely.
