A letter from the President of The Hot Tub Store - The Hot Tub Store

We want you to know a little about who we are and how we are doing.

Dearest Hot Tubbers,

We know that your hot tub is an important part of your family’s life, probably more so now than almost ever before. We hope you have been enjoying your daily soak and that your hot tub is bringing you escape and relaxation from all the news of this unprecedented ever changing time we are all experiencing.

The Hot Tub Store was started in a garage in Santa Rosa back in 1973. This is now our 47th year in business. Over the years we expanded and adjusted. At one time we had 10 stores. With the great recession, we retained all of our valued staff and adjusted down to five stores. Our team is like family and we value each and every one of our great team members.

All of our team members and their families remain safe and healthy. This is our most important news to share with you today. We truly hope that all of you and yours continue to be well also.

Today we find ourselves like many other businesses, struggling to make ends meet. We are fortunate to be an essential business providing sanitation products and services to help maintain the safety of our customer’s hot tubs at their residences. Now more than ever, it is extremely important to maintain the safe sanitation levels in hot tubs so they are safe for our customers to use while we are all sheltered in place. Our team members have been enthusiastically assisting our customers to make sure they have the water care products they need and to provide service and repairs as needed while practicing physical distancing to keep themselves, our customers, and our greater community healthy and safe.

Many of you, including several health care professionals, have reached out to us to share that your hot tub is most definitely essential for your health and wellness. We agree and really encourage all of you to keep your hot tub sanitized so you can safely use it to destress and relax while stuck at home.

Our team of Hot Tub Wellness Consultants have been able to help several people to choose their perfect hot tubs by way of virtual showroom tours. Our outside delivery contractor is able to continue to deliver hot tubs as they are practicing proper physical distancing and delivering (similar to any other food and product delivery services) these appliances (hot tubs) to residences while the homeowners stay safely distanced inside.

We are committed to keeping our valued team employed so they can continue to provide all of you, our most valued customers, with exceptional customer care now and in the future. We have not yet furloughed or layed off any of our team members. We hope not to have to do so. Our leadership team is currently working without pay so that our staff can continue to remain employed.

We thank you for your continued support now and over the years. If you have enjoyed having a hot tub and have counted on our team from time to time and received good service, we would really appreciate your support now to help us to weather this storm we are all experiencing.
